Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them
- Items must be in their original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase
Non-returnable items: Final sale items and items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us at dallasdesignershandbags09@gmail.com to arrange an exchange.
Shipping returns: You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
